 1. Prices and discounts

• During a one-week stay, a BBQ or Tyrolean Evening with an aperitif is included
• For bed & breakfast, there is a € 30.00 discount.
• The supplement for single rooms is 20%
• Children up to three years to pay arrangement  / Children under six receive 60% discount / Children from six to twelve years receive 40% discount with 2 adults in the room.
• Each extra person in the room receives a 20% discount.
• Supplement for 1 night 20%, 2-4 nights 10%
• The booking is confirmed only after a deposit of 200 € is paid. If you arrive after 6 pm, please give us a call.
• For late arrival or early departure, the booked period minus the included meals will be charged
• All rooms have a balcony (terrace), satellite TV (Astra Hotbirt), telephone and safe
• We offer a friendly service and a wonderful view on the local mountain Sciliar, Siusi, Castelrotto, Renon and Ortles (a great part of South Tyrol).
• If you pay cash or prepayment, you receive the bus tickets Gstatsch-Saltria free of charge*
• The rooms are available starting from 2 pm

Pets are allowed only in the room category Santner and cost € 30 per day.

2. Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

3. Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200,00 € has been paid.

4. Cancellation  / Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit. Up to 3 months prior to arrival, you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of your holiday. During the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. There are no cancellation costs for Covid-19 reasons. As a special service (and to save money), we recommend that you close a travel insurance. For reverse transfers we ask a handling fee of 40,00 €.
